Fulfillment
Shikama jewelry is handmade in our California studio and processed in the order it was received. Each of our product listings indicate whether an item is in-stock or not. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation of tracking details. Items in-stock will ship within 3-5 days of purchase, otherwise they will be made specially for your order and require 2-4 weeks for production. If you need prompt delivery, we will do our best to accommodate. Let us know by email.
US Domestic Shipping
$12 / USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 business days
International shipping
$45 / USPS Priority Mail, 10-15 business days
For alternative courier methods or shipping upgrades, contact us prior to purchase and wait for confirmation of a revised invoice.
Delivery
A signature confirmation upon delivery is required for orders over $300.
We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses, please verify correct shipping address once you submit your order.
Lost or stolen packages are non-refundable.
Although your item will be shipped in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee how long your order will arrive due to customs. For delays, please contact your local customs office.
International shipments are subject to duties and taxes that may be incurred during transit. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in online purchase price or shipping rate.
Return Policy
Shikama jewelry is custom made for your order; returns will be accepted for online credit or exchange only.
We only accept returns if an item is defective. If you wish to return a faulty product, we will gladly repair the original piece in accordance with the following process:
• The product must have been purchased 30 days of receiving order. Merchandise must we unworn in its original condition.
• Please notify us by email prior to returning, with a brief description of fault and photo.
• In the event of a return/exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
• We cannot be responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during shipping. All returns must be in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit. Insurance on package is recommended.
All custom orders and sale items are final sale and are non-refundable.
Custom Orders
Note that custom orders, because they are created especially for you, are both non-refundable and non-exchangeable once you have placed the order. Custom orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed.
Third Party Purchases
If you purchased a Shikama piece from a third party retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.
