  • Fullfillment
    Each of our product listings indicate whether an item is in-stock or not. Items in-stock will ship within 3-5 days of purchase, otherwise they will be made specially for your order and require 2-6 weeks for production. If you need prompt delivery, we will do our best to accommodate. Let us know by email.

    Delivery
    • A signature confirmation upon delivery is required for orders over $500.

    • We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses, please verify correct shipping address once you submit your order.

    • Customers may choose their preferred carrier at checkout. For alternative courier methods or shipping upgrades, contact us prior to purchase and wait for confirmation of a revised invoice.

  • FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, FEDEX SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE.

    International shipments are subject to duties and taxes that may be incurred during transit. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in online purchase price or shipping rate.

    Although your item will be shipped in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee how long your order will arrive due to customs. For delays, please contact your local customs office. We are not able to provide additional insight on packages once they are en route.

  • Keep into consideration most jewelry is handmade, please finalize your selection when placing an order. Items purchased on ShikamaJewelry.com are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us with your order’s receipt, via contact@sarahshikama.com
    Orders cancelled within 3 days are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. Your refund will be issued through our secure 3rd party payment provider. Allow up to 10 working days for your refund to show in your account due to varying card processing times.

    All items must be returned in original packaging, unworn and in the condition received. In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Original or additional shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded. Duties and taxes paid on international shipments are non-refundable. We cannot be responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during shipping. Insurance on package is recommended.

    Please note some items are ineligible for return and exchange, this includes custom and altered pieces. Sample and sale items are final sale.

  • Please notify us with your order’s receipt, via contact@sarahshikama.com, with a brief description of fault and photo.

    Repairs beyond our care-service are accepted and subject to a fee depending on the nature and damage. For further information on repairs, please email us prior to shipping. Once your piece is received, our studio will follow up with instructions and provide you with an assessment of costs and methods of repair.
